Tutorial: Behold, the Watcher[ | ]

Beholdthewatcher

Behold, the Watcher - 2400 HP.

Floating one-eyed monster that shoots arcane beams.

Primary Tactic[ | ]

Any high damage spell disposes of this boss fairly quickly. Fastest results are achieved by the Super Steam Lightning Beam Arcane (S)SteamSteamLightning (A)Lightning (A).

Alternative Tactic[ | ]

If you feel afraid of the first boss-monster, burn the rope to the left side like the sign board outside the room said and get rid of him instantly (see Dialogue References for context about the rope).

Chapter 1: Ygg[ | ]

Ygg

Ygg - 6000 HP.

A hungry Forest Troll at the end of Chapter 1. It does not differ from the other forest trolls encountered later in the game such as those in Chapter 2.

Primary Tactic[ | ]

High damage spells will do this boss in seconds. Example is a Super Steam Lightning Beam Arcane (S)SteamSteamLightning (A)Lightning (A).

Alternative Tactic[ | ]

Any troll can be one-hit killed with a fully charged Earth (D)IceIceIceIce.

If you prefer a less active approach, you can freeze it and let the guards kill it themselves.

Chapter 2: Jormungandr[ | ]

Jormungandr lunge

Jormungandr - 10000 HP.

Gigantic mythical snake.

Primary Tactic[ | ]

With help of Haste dodge his attacks from under the surface and from sides. Then, just when he's lowering head and preparing to bite you, throw a fully charged Earth (D)x5. Doing that repeatedly will safely kill the boss. Also, instead of Full Rock Ball, others projectiles can go, i.e. Earth (D)Arcane (S)Fire (F).

Alternative Tactics[ | ]

Stand away from him, when he surfaces cast Arcane Mines Arcane (S)Shield (E) and then take a step back and cast a shield Shield (E). He will lunge at you, pass through the mines, then stun himself on the shield, leaving you free to bash at him. You can also just spam rock walls Earth (D)Shield (E) everywhere, which does the job rapidly and effectively.

Casting Bubble Shield at any time he's appearing will go too, as he will crash his head into it.

Also, you may kill this boss in a single hit with a fully charged Earth (D)IceIceIceIce shot to the head. He is also very vulnerable to Thunder Bolts, but for that magick you need to pass the game at least once.

An additional (and not so safe) strategy is to walk underneath his head and self cast Earth (D)Water(Q) then Earth (D)Cold (R). If done correctly, the self casted rock will land on him. The first will make him wet, the second will freeze him in place. Then just self cast Earth (D)x5. This combo should take out about 1/3 of his health.

Cast Grease Water(Q)Earth (D)Life (W) where Jormungandr pops up or in front, then light in on fire, when Jormungandr prepares to attack his head is set on fire which will kill him in one, as he doesn't appear to retreat underground when his heads on fire.

Cast Haste Lightning (A)Arcane (S)Fire (F) and wait for the boss to emerge from the ground. Get out of the way and cast Fire (F)Lightning (A)Lightning (A)Lightning (A)Lightning (A) until he's dead. Finding the right distance is not that hard. Heal maybe necessary. Staff of Life makes this very easy. If done right, Boss will not submerge.

Chapter 3: Jotunn[ | ]

Jotunn

Jotunn - 8000 HP.

The chieftain of the beastman tribes.

Primary Tactic[ | ]

Just move a tiny bit northeast from where you begin the boss fight, so you have a clearer line of sight past the houses, where the boss spawns in. Then simply spam Cold Beams (Arcane (S)Cold (R)) past the corner of the house. The enemies (including Jotunn) will run straight into the beam and will be chilled before they can get to you, and before they can get to any of the houses. If you can wet them before the cold beam, it's even better, since they will be completly frozen. Use a high damage spell, without Lightning (A) or Fire (F) to damage him as much as possible. If anybody gets past the beam or pushes too close to where you are, just back up a little and repeat the same strategy. You shouldn't even have to worry about taking damage if you play this fight right.

Alternative Tactic[ | ]

Wait where you are and cast Earth (D)Earth (D)Earth (D)Earth (D)Earth (D) fully charged and hit only the boss. Repeat with Earth (D)Earth (D)Earth (D) and that should kill it before he reaches you. His henchmen will retreat. This is the easiest way.

Using arcane mines can potentially blast him off the side of the cliff.

Use Crash to Desktop (Lightning (A)Lightning (A)Fire (F)Life (W)) and hope for the best.

Chapter 4: The Machine and the Warlock[ | ]

The machine

The Machine - 5000 HP.

The Machine[ | ]

A gigantic orc-powered machine designed to push an iron rod into the King's skull at an excruciatingly slow speed.

Primary Tactic[ | ]

Stand on the left, behind the machine, so disciples can't get to you, as their casts won't go through the machine. Then use anything you want against it, but if you're in a hurry - Super Steam Lightning Beam Arcane (S)SteamSteamLightning (A)Lightning (A) is your friend.

Alternative Tactics[ | ]

A Grease magick is a good way to put the machine into great fire.

After passing the game at least once you can use Vortex magick near the machine. The black hole will deal a lot of damage as the machine can't be sucked into it.

Boss Warlock

The Warlock - 12000 HP.

The Warlock[ | ]

The Warlock is just a much stronger Disciple.

Primary Tactic[ | ]

Again, stand behind the machine as neither disciples, nor warlock will get to you. In rare case if they got near, useWater(Q)x5 AOE to knock them back, use Haste and run over the room to make enemies move to the right side of the machine, then return to your "camping place". If received before, spam hostiles with Conflagration magick and they will be burned to death after some time. If in a hurry, make a heroic rush with Self Shield Shield (E) and use Super Steam Lightning Beam Arcane (S)SteamSteamLightning (A)Lightning (A) (try to hit only the warlock as disciples do respawn) or it's AOE. Heal shield when needed. Also freezing AOE combos like Water(Q)x5 and Cold (R)x5 will give you some time to recast Haste.

Alternative Tactics[ | ]

Throughout the fight, you should use Shield (E)Arcane (S)Water(Q)Fire (F)Lightning (A) (which will result in Shield (E)Arcane (S)SteamLightning (A)) on yourself to make yourself immune to almost all of their spells. Then use a Water(Q)x5 spray to knock them away when they try to cast a spell and attempt to freeze them. Once frozen, you can use your spell of preference to finish them off.

If they cast a shield on themselves, use any variation with Ice to break it easily as multiple shards will break the shield easier than a single projectile.

An alternate strategy is to imbue your weapon with Shield (E)IceLightning (A)Lightning (A)Arcane (S), wet them and then unleash the imbued spell. This spell should take off around half of the warlock's hp if hes wet. The reason you should use this spell instead of Shield (E)IceLightning (A)Lightning (A)Lightning (A) is that two disciples are unlikely to be caught in the same spell (unless the players is exceptionally lucky), meaning that any disable on the Warlock is beneficial. Replacing Lightning (A) with Arcane (S) causes an explosion at the end of the duration, knocking the warlock down.

Chapter 5: Khan[ | ]

Khan

Khan - 8000 HP.

Leader of the Orcs.

Strategies[ | ]

A tough fight early on. Time Warp (Cold (R)Shield (E)) and Haste (Lightning (A)Arcane (S)Fire (F)) are extremely helpful spells in this encounter due to Khan's movement speed.

The simplest method of defeating Khan is to douse him with Water(Q) in whatever format you find most effective (Water(Q)Earth (D) may be the safest), and then quickly target him with a cold beam (Lightning (A)Arcane (S)Cold (R)). You'll freeze him, and he'll stay frozen as long as you have the beam on, which should be more than enough time. Consider using (Cold (R)Cold (R)Cold (R)Cold (R)Shield (E)) on him to hold him in place while you charge another attack. This beam could be spammed until he dies, as he will be kept frozen. A Blizzard Ball Earth (D)IceIceIceIce will also one-shot him, as well, should you be able to gain separation and charge it.

You can also use haste (Lightning (A)Arcane (S)Fire (F)) to run away from him and use the Tesla staff to hit him(he takes about 6 hits from the Tesla staff).

You can also use haste/imbue SteamSteamArcane (S)Lightning (A)Lightning (A). Use haste to run away from him, and when you get distance charge your weapon with Thunderbolt, and hit him with the weapon when he closes. Run off again and repeat. It takes 3 hits with Thunderbolt to take him out.

If you're using the Gnarled staff you can simple summon a Treant (which Khan will be distracted by) then move away slightly and cast an AOE Shield (E),effectively sealing yourself inside with Khan and the Treant outside.

Alternative Strategies[ | ]

Since Khan is prone to charging you, casting grease Water(Q)Earth (D)Life (W) and using any fire Fire (F) on the grease you laid down will set him on fire when he walks through it and take his life down quickly while still being able to run away or protect yourself. Also, using Earth armor Shield (E) Earth (D) X4 (self cast) will make you immune to Khan's attacks. This can be followed with any high damage spell, like Earth (D) X5.

Chapter 6: Grimnir[ | ]

Grimnir

Grimnir - 35000 HP.

A two part battle. The first part, a "mind duel" pits you against various enemies on floating islands. The second part is a straight battle, were Grimnir remains stationary and casts various powerful spells in addition to summoning a phantom which also casts spells.

Tactics (Mind Duel)[ | ]

Knock enemies off the floating islands with Water Mines Shield (E)Arcane (S)Water(Q) or water novas Water(Q)x5, this makes the battle a cake walk. Casting a light Shield (E)Earth (D) on yourselves prevents wizards from knocking each other off in multiplayer. Powerful, yet dangerous if crossed improperly, Super Steam Lightning Beam Arcane (S)SteamSteamLightning (A)Lightning (A) may help here.

Also, you can refer to these video walkthroughs: Mine and shield strategy

Wall/mine/beam strategy

Tactics (Final Battle)[ | ]

The easiest method to kill Grimnir is freezing him (get him wet then use Cold (R)) and spamming with lighting bolt (SteamLightning (A)Arcane (S)Lightning (A)). Freezing can either be used by itself, in a beam or combination, or can be alternated with any other magick. One of the simplest methods for a longterm freeze is the Cold (R)Cold (R)Cold (R)Cold (R)Shield (E), which lasts long enough for two fully-charged 5x Earth (D) or Earth (D)IceIceIceIce. With the Daemon Arm, Grimnir is easily dispatched by nothing more than holding down the right-mouse button with a Cold (R)-based beam until he - eventually - dies.

A very useful magick against Grimnir is Nullify. Not only will it work against all of his spells, it will also remove the phantoms he summons. Stand at the bottom of the screen and attack him with Arcane (S)SteamLightning (A). As soon as you see him move, prepare Nullify. He will either cast Conflagration or Tornado, set up a hemisphere shield Shield (E) or summon a phantom; Nullify will work against all of these. Note, that Nullify will also remove your shields and auras.

A very easy way to kill him is to use Grease on him and set it on fire. Then walk away, set up a hemisphere shield Shield (E) and just boost it and wait for him to die.

There is also an exploit which can allow you to complete the battle without getting hurt. Go up into the top-right corner and setup a shield, then cast Mines Shield (E)Arcane (S) at Grimnir. Alternatively, simply boost the shield, and let Grimnir slowly kill himself, by way of the beams and fireballs his phantoms cast.

Chapter 7[ | ]

Fortunately, there is no boss (not even a single enemy) in Chapter 7.

Chapter 8: The Aristocrats[ | ]

The Aristocrats

The Aristocrats: The Aristocrat Lord (in black robe) - 4500 HP, others - 1200 HP.

An assembly of goblins who wear colored robes

Strategies[ | ]

Because the elemental Aristocrats are very weak (1200 HP), any sort of AOE spam will take out the groups of four with ease. For example, standing in the middle of the arena where they spawn and casting SteamLightning (A)Arcane (S)Arcane (S)Arcane (S) as an AOE will one-shot them as they spawn. You can also use Arcane (S) Lightning (A) Fire (F) Shield (E) safe mines to kill them almost instantly.

Other possibilities include standing off to the side and shooting Water(Q)Arcane (S)Earth (D) (wets in AOE) then Cold (R)Arcane (S)Earth (D), which will also kill all of them in one hit. This method is also highly useful for when the Aristocrat Lord spawns as he will freeze before being able to attack you, allowing you to easily kill him with any spell of your choice.

You can directly attack the black robe before he even engages by using lightning near his podium.

If you have already beat the game, a single Vortex placed in the middle of the arena will do all the work for you.

Chapter 9: Vlad[ | ]

Boss vlad

Vlad - 10000 HP.

Surprisingly, he was always a vampire and he lied you.

Strategies[ | ]

Vlad is immune to Arcane, being an undead, and Life for some odd, unexplained reason. Because of this beams are useless! He is also HIGHLY resistant to Cold, dealing only 1 point of damage per tick/half-second. If you can get him wet, he will still freeze. Just be mindful of the water ward.

There is a glitch in this fight. For some reason, Vlad might just fall through the ground and into digital Limbo, activating the cut-scene automatically. This also happens frequently in the Marshland challenge. No, I don't know why, ask someone else!

Another easy way to beat Vlad is simply to spam the Fear magick on him. He'll run into a corner, leaving you free to utterly demolish him with anything not laser or cold based... for a few seconds. Fear him again, and so on until he goes down.

Another very easy way to kill him is to basically use earth boulders charged into him, he doesn't often stun you, so, charge it to death !

The M60 is another good option. You can obtain by defeating Jotunn in Chapter 3 without losing a single house. This thing will destroy Vlad in about ten seconds of solid fire.

The Charm Magick works like a Charm.

Or if you have the Frost Cleaver (goblin captain's weapon from chapter 8) just keep hitting him with it. Yes, its boring. Deal with it.

He's a vampire. Kill it with fire. 5xFire (F) or Fire (F)Lightning (A)Lightning (A)Lightning (A)Lightning (A) both work very well.

Chapter 10: Death[ | ]

Death

Death - 10000 HP.

It's Death himself! He also runs a travel agency part-time. How could you need anymore?

Strategies[ | ]

The easiest strategy to defeat death is also the simplest one. Just spam AoE Healing Earth Barrier (Shield (E)Earth (D)Life (W)+SHIFT+RMB) or AoE Healing Ice Barrier (Shield (E)IceLife (W)+SHIFT+RMB) over and over, and two hits will kill him the first time he materializes nearby. It simultaneously does all the following:

1. Heals you and allies around you
2. Blocks the projectiles of Death's summoned skeletons
3. 2-hit kills Death and 1-hit kills his skeletons

If spammed quickly enough, neither Death nor his skeletons will have enough time to damage you.

Alternatives[ | ]

An easy strategy is to run around spamming healing mines(Shield (E)Life (W)+Shift+RMB) in a circle around you. This will both heal you, as well as damaging death and any adds, and will disrupt his attacks. Line up death so that he will step on a mine when he materializes at the end of a charge, before his attack.

The summoned skeletons can be instantly destroyed by casting a Nullify (Arcane (S)Shield (E)+Spacebar). Mileage may vary, this was working as of 1/29/2011.

Another way to win without trouble is to cast Life (W) on your weapon, and swing it when he becomes corporeal.

Multiplayer makes the fight A LOT easier,as more players can cover more ground with Life (W) or Life (W)Earth (D)

Another very quick and easy way to beat Death is to spam icy life shards (Life (W)Ice) Done quickly enough, this shreds through his health in a matter of seconds.

What you can do is cast (Life (W)Earth (D)Shield (E)) (Shift - Right click) to make a healing earth shield around you. When he charges in at you, have a (Life (W)Life (W)Life (W)Life (W)Life (W)) (healing) beam ready and cast it once you're sure it's the real one. If your rocks go down, reapply asap as the skeletons will murder you. You can also try placing healing mines at your feet, when he steps forward to strike you step into his attack and onto the mine, healing you and damaging him. Phillegard suggests if he summons adds all you need to do is shift+e for aoe shield this will keep the adds out. then just stack (Life (W)Life (W)Life (W)Life (W)Life (W)) for when he charges inside your bubble.

Keep (Life (W)Life (W)Life (W)Life (W)Life (W)) ready at all times, then always cast it in his direction and maintain the ray until he disappears. If you're casting it when he materializes, he'll get hit and never do anything. If you have trouble with the "circle of Death", just (Earth (D)Shield (E)) on yourself and you'll be able to survive it. Charge a (Life (W)Life (W)Life (W)Life (W)Life (W)) while you're hiding in there and cast it after he swings for some damage, or just heal yourself to be safe, since you do take some damage even inside the rock.

Even faster than primary tactic: Build life barrier around you Life (W)Shield (E)Earth (D)+Shift+RMB, wait until he approaches and materializes and blast the barrier with IceShield (E)Life (W)+Shift+RMB. Will get him back to his throne in 1 sec.

Chapter 11: Fafnir[ | ]

Fafnir

Fafnir - 35000 HP.

Gigantic mythical dragon, the source of all "giant fire-breathing dragon sitting atop a pile of gold" tropes.

Primary Tactic[ | ]

Self Fire Shield Shield (E)Fire (F) will make this fight very easy.

The safest position to camp is on the pile of gold near his head. If he casts a fire beam, run around using Haste, if he casts a fire ball - don't be afraid of getting hit: if knocked away, teleport back and heal yourself up. While his belly is almost always open for attacks from this place, spam him with fully charged Ice Shards Icex5 or charged Ice Balls (IceIceIceIceEarth (D)). Both do large amounts of damage and can usually shoot over his tail. If he uses his confusion attack (you'll hear a strange sound when it starts), your controls will reverse and your elements will be scrambled, so just run around and try to figure out your shields and healing until it passes, or try figuring out how to cast Nullify, then line up another attack.

Alternative Tactics[ | ]

If you have found the Gram in Chapter 2, then just get to his belly and melee him - achievement and one hit victory.

Teleport next to his underbelly and melee him, when he rises to use a fireball/beam just move further towards him, he can't strike you at all. Cast SteamLightning (A)Arcane (S) on his underbelly. There is a spot between the bottom of his belly and his legs that you can shoot while he is laying down.

Another way is to battle normally using the Arcane Saber, found in the same chapter. Keep melee spamming him for victory.

Alternate one hit kill requires good timing and spellcasting skills. Get to his belly, cast Summon Death magick, then (probably with help of Time Warp) teleport quickly to somewhere and let Death slash Fafnir. Note, that this won't receive an achievement.

The simplest way is probably to walk up to his tail and sword-cast through it to place Shield (E)Lightning (A)Lightning (A)Lightning (A)Lightning (A) or similar under his belly. You can do two or three rows if you wish, then just wait.

Chapter 12: Grimnir & Assatur[ | ]

Grimnir[ | ]

Grimnir

Grimnir - 35000 HP.

Strategies[ | ]

Enter the fight with (Water(Q)Water(Q)Water(Q)Water(Q)Water(Q)) loaded and AoE cast it asap. Then AoE cast (Cold (R)Cold (R)Cold (R)Cold (R)Cold (R)) or [S R4] until he's frozen. [QFSAAA] him and use [S R4] periodically to refreeze him. Practice the Corporealize spell before-hand. Stand far back and cast Nullify (SE Space) whenever he casts ANYTHING. This will get rid of his shields, his ethereal self, his conflagrates, and his tornadoes. Death - Nullify (SE Space) destroys all zombies.

Repeatedly casting Thunderbolt is an effective tactic for killing Grimnir. However, if you are unable to kill him before he deploys his ghosts, you can use corporealize to instantly kill the two ghosts. To continue to do damage when the rain removes Thunderbolt as a viable option, spray grease at his feet (Water(Q)Earth (D)Life (W) SPACE) and set it on fire. The continual burn does massive damage and will provide you with ample time to prepare the corporealize spell as his health drains.

You can also teleport up infront of him and use summon Death(Arcane (S)Cold (R)IceCold (R)Arcane (S) SPACE), and then teleport away when Death starts to swing his weapon.

Assatur[ | ]

Assatur

Assatur - 50000 HP.

The King in Yellow.

Strategies[ | ]

You may also cast Arcane (S)Lightning (A)Fire (F)Shield (E) (Also known as S-A-F-E on yourself, which grants immunity to almost all forms of damage you will encounter (excluding the lethal fall damage)

A good tactic is also to summon undead to both sides of you making sure you stay healed initially. The lightning he casts won't kill you and the undead will stop his blue ice shards for getting to you. Then you are free to blast away with whatever beam you wish. Fire (F)Arcane (S)Arcane (S)Arcane (S)Arcane (S) sets the boss on fire, which can also reduce the impact of his heal.

Another method: The device that held Grimnir is on the right side of the island. If you stand right below it his blue projectiles will miss you. You can then simply spam him with Mega Beam (SteamSteamLightning (A)Lightning (A)Arcane (S)) and do Nullify (Arcane (S)Shield (E)) when he casts meteor shower or other spells.

Note: Same tactic as for Grimnir: Simply Lightning Bolt him to death and move around to prevent being sucked into his Vortex.

Another easy strategy for Assatur: At start of fight move immediately behind the scaffold that was holding Grimnir. You will avoid Assatur's most dangerous attacks here and you can keep your self alive with the occasional health top up. You can still hit Assatur howevever by firing a high damage beam through the scaffold. Use AQFAAA and it overwhelms his self heal and kills him fairly quickly.

Try to vortex him, and it works just perfectly. Stand about in the middle of the platform, face him, rq-s-rq-e-rq-space and before he could do anything, he gets sucked in, though this is only available if you've already killed him once.

Another easy strategy: Summon a rock wall around you Earth (D)Earth (D)Earth (D)Earth (D)Shield (E), A S-A-F-E shield on you (Arcane (S)Lightning (A)Fire (F)Shield (E)), and then spam thunderbolt (SteamLightning (A)Arcane (S)Lightning (A)). He shouldn't be able to touch you, and you can attack him from inside your rock wall.

The Stars are Left[ | ]

The three bosses in the expansion The Stars Are Left

Chapter One - A Shadow Over Aldrheim: Parker[ | ]

Strategies[ | ]

His deathbite can be countered with an area-shield (Shield (E) Shift-right-click), even if you're still caught on a web. Use fire based spells, like SAFE mines Arcane (S)Lightning (A)Fire (F)Shield (E), or projectile based ones, like Earth (D)Earth (D)Earth (D)Earth (D)Earth (D) or Earth (D)IceIceIceIce. Use fire on yourself when Parker spits web on you to free yourself. Alternative: Use fireshield Shield (E)Fire (F)Fire (F)Fire (F)Fire (F) on yourself, and forcecast Shield (E) between you and Parker. Then charge an earth projectile Earth (D)Earth (D)Earth (D)Earth (D)Earth (D) wait until the shield drops, release and repeat from forcecast Shield (E). Keep the fireshield up, so you can free yourself from the webspit without taking damage. It is all right if Parker attacks you while your forcecasted shield is up, the shield (as well as your fireshield) will be destroyed but you won't receive damage.

Using lightning icicles can be effective but would require the player to lose a rock shield in place of a lightning ward.

Alternative Strategies[ | ]

If you have it, use the Propp's Party Plasma Magick on him. He is easy to hit, and two hits will actually kill him.

Chapter Two - The Fornskogur Horror: Dagon[ | ]

Strategies[ | ]

STAY AWAY FROM HIM. Use the ARSE Mines Lightning (A)Cold (R)Arcane (S)Shield (E) and high damaging projectiles ,i.e. Earth (D)Earth (D)Earth (D)Earth (D)Earth (D).

When he raises his hand, move to avoid his shooting star instakill or summon a bubble shield.

When near the players, he will attempt to transform them into a cultist, put on a self shield to protect oneself.

Alternative Strategies[ | ]

Freeze the lake, trick him onto the ice, and use a fireball to melt the ice beneath him. Then the Fishmaster will drown.

Alternatively, you can use Levitation and lead him inside... or simply make him cut the corner of the pier.

Chapter Three - R'lyeh: Cthulhu[ | ]

Strategies[ | ]

Stay near the center, but away from the ornament, which may activate and confuse you. Use rock shield Shield (E)Earth (D)Earth (D)Earth (D)Earth (D) at all times to absorb tentacle hits and his (weak) area lightning, and any kind of Shield (E) barrier to stop his Pink Ball Of Death or yourself if he sucks you in. Also a rock of any size shot in his mouth will stop him from sucking you in. Should you be grabbed by a tentacle, casting Fire (F) on yourself will make it drop you.

The Deep Ones can be disposed of with an area cast of SteamLightning (A)Lightning (A)Arcane (S)Arcane (S). When the small Dagon appears, it's probably better to concentrate on killing him before resuming the fight with Cthulhu.Whittle him down with SteamLightning (A)Lightning (A)Arcane (S)Arcane (S) or IceIceIceIceEarth (D).

This video shows how it's done: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UZeG9pUplFI

Alternative Strategies[ | ]

Cthulhu can be made to insta-kill himself with his own Pink Ball Of Death! When it's tracking you, try to make it collide with him instead (it may help to freeze the water around him or, if not alone, get eaten).

Note: This doesn't actually work.

Second Note: Propp's Party Plasma will hit Cthulhu for around 6-8k damage. This can allow you to kill him in under a minute. Face towards him, and start firing them off as quickly as possible! It's possible to kill him before he submerges.

When Dagon appears you can use one of his attacks against him and Cthulhu. Cast levitate and wait until Dagon starts to fly, then levitate through Cthulhu just as Dagon tries to stomp you. If he hits Cthulhu he kills him in one shot, if he doesn't he will drown.
