Sign in the room before facing off against Behold, The Watcher, referencing You Have to Burn the Rope a 2008 flash game.
Burning the rope has the same effect in both games as it kills the Boss by dropping a chandelier from the ceiling.
Behold, the Watcher himself is a reference to Dungeons and Dragons and one of its many iconic monsters, the Beholder.

I've never heard of goblins hitting anything this big before.

James Bond. “The Machine” is a reference to the laser that Goldfinger uses for his attempt to kill James Bond. Or it could be in reference to “The Machine” in "The Princess Bride"
Admiral Agnar yelling “It’s a trap!”
"Star Wars: Return of the Jedi". Admiral Akbar's “It’s a trap” has become a meme. The voiceover also sounds like "It's a tarp!" which is an alternate of the meme.
When defeating the warlock, he will begin casting a lighting spell and the King will throw him into a trapdoor.

Havindr Strikes Back
The name of this chapter is a reference to the movie "Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back"
In the cutscene, the guard tells the king it's madness
The movie 300, instead of shouting "Madness...? This is Sparta!" the king agrees.
The cutscene at the beginning
The movie "300". Pushing the soldier in to the hole grants you a related achievement.
In a cutscene a soldier runs back and says the captain is dead, it then shows the captain falling to his knees and being shot with many arrows.
This is most likely a reference to the movie "Platoon" (the unlucky captains name is "Eliaf", the soldier in the iconic scene from "Platoon" is named "Sgt. Elias"), but is also similar to the death of Boromir from "The Lord of The Rings: The Fellowship of The Ring", when he is shot several times, by the Uruk'Hai after saving Merry and Pippin.

This could also be another 300 reference, to the way in which Leonidas dies.

Return of the Wizard
The name of this chapter is a reference to the movie "Star Wars VI: Return of the Jedi", or less likely, "Lord of the Rings: Return of the King".
It seems the outcome of our battle will be decided not by our minds, but by our skills at spellcasting.
This is a reference to the movie "Star Wars II: Attack of the Clones", when Count Dooku is in the middle of his duel with Yoda.

Chapter 7

Return to Castle Aldrheim
The name of this chapter is a reference to the game "Return to Castle Wolfenstein".
The entrance into the chapter shows the wizards entering the past at high speeds.
Back to the Future. You also receive the “88mph” achievement.

Chapter 8

The Mine Sweepers
The name of this chapter is a reference to the game Minesweeper.
The entire chapter…
…is a reference to "Lord of the Rings". Specifically the mines of Moria. Passing through the mines, the entrance in the side of a mountain, and the goblin archers inside.
There’s even a secret area with a sword called Stung, which was made by the elves, and glows when enemies are near. It lies beside two skeletons spooning and bearing great resemblance to Frodo and Sam.

Chapter 9

Symphony of the Twilight
The name of this chapter is a reference to "Castlevania: Symphony of the Night", as is Vlad's flinging of his wine glass. Also could be a reference to the Twilight book series by Stephenie Meyer and its vampiric themes.
At the beginning of the level, there is a skull atop a sign, named Murray

Looking in the water on the right of an island where you fight two trees, you can see an X-shaped vehicle

During the fight with Assatur, Vlad will use the 'Signal', flailing his arms above his head.
Team America: World Police
After being defeated, Assatur will yell “THIS IS IMPROBABLE”

After being defeated, Assatur will yell “DO NOT WANT”
Reference to the Chinese script translation of "Star Wars: Revenge of the Sith" that was subsequently mistranslated back into English.
